Inspection Management

This feature allows users to create and manage inspections with ease. When creating an inspection, users can specify:

Inspection Type: Select either Internal (company-led) or External (third-party) inspections.

Questions Included: Choose whether to include all or selected questions from the inspection template.

In-Charge for Inspection: Assign a person responsible for managing the inspection.

Inspection Name: Customize the name for easy identification.

Inspection Configuration

This module lets users configure the inspection by assigning assessors to specific questions. Each assessor is responsible for answering or investigating the allotted questions, ensuring a systematic and distributed inspection

Configuring Inspection Details

The Inspection In-Charge can view and edit the assigned assessors and make necessary updates before commencing the inspection. This feature ensures flexibility and control over the inspection details, allowing any last-minute adjustments before the actual inspection begins.

Performing an Inspection

Assessors can log in to respond to the questions they’ve been assigned. For each question, there are three types of responses:

Hardware Response: Check the physical condition of equipment or machinery.

Process Response: Verify compliance with procedures and operational guidelines.

Human Response: Ensure personnel are following protocols and safety practices.

Each response is tied to a checklist to ensure thoroughness and accountability. The assessor can provide a final response to each question using SIRE 2.0 responses/comments and identify SOC/NOC where necessary. There is also an option to upload a photo to each question.

Viewing Past Observations

Assessors can access past observations linked to a specific question, helping them review previous inspection results and maintain continuity. This feature provides context and assists in identifying recurring issues.

Validation by Inspection In-Charge

The Inspection In-Charge can review and validate the responses. This ensures that the inspection has been thoroughly completed, and all necessary aspects have been covered.

Final Report and Observation Declaration

The system generates a comprehensive report, including detailed Inspection Report and Observation Declarations. This final report provides insights into the inspection outcomes and is ready for review or submission to relevant authorities.
